I hereby request that the above mentioned Unaccompanied Owner’s Guest/Houseguest be granted temporary Club facilities privileges in accordance with my category of membership privileges for my Resort Club Membership in The Club at Henderson Beach Resort (the “Club”). I understand that such temporary membership privileges may be granted for a maximum of seven (7) consecutive days. I further understand that no residence may have houseguest privileges for more than three (3) weeks total per membership year, and no more than one week in the peak and mid-peak season months. Renewal of such privileges will be granted at the sole discretion of The Club at Henderson Beach Resort, LLC (the “Company”). I acknowledge that if I do not notify the Club of a cancellation of my houseguest’s stay at least two (2) days prior to the arrival date of my houseguest my Club account may be charged the full houseguest temporary membership fee.

I hereby attest that the above mentioned Houseguest will temporarily reside at my residence during the dates of the stay referenced above without payment of rent, fees or other consideration to me as the owner or Member. The Houseguest will be responsible for all fees and charges associated with the Club and Resort.

I agree to pay the applicable temporary houseguest fee. I further understand that as the sponsoring member I remain responsible for all unpaid charges made by my houseguest. I shall be responsible for the conduct of my houseguest while at the Club. If the manner, deportment or appearance of my houseguest is deemed to be unsatisfactory, I shall, at the request of the Club, cause such houseguest to surrender the guest card and leave the premises of the Club.
